1:1 Compassion Recovery Coaching Session (Week 1 / Week 4/ Week 8)
A personalized 60 minute deep dive into the roots of your burnout and unpatterning old experiences to create space for new ones. Together, we’ll craft a simple, effective plan to restore balance and emotional clarity.
Daily Practice:
HeartField Meditation – Start with 3 minutes/day, gradually increasing by 1 minute every few days. This heart-centered meditation that is based in neuroscience is designed to restore emotional coherence and reconnect you to feelings of peace and empathy.
CALM – Deep, restorative regulatory breathwork woven with healing sound frequencies to calm the nervous system and unlock stuck energy.
